Marley Care Management (MCM) is a privately owned practice. We are not affiliated with, a subsidiary of, or operated by West Parry Sound Health Centre (WPSHC), Lakeland Long-Term Care, or the Ministry of the Attorney General.
Regulatory Status & Scope
All care and advocacy provided by Marley Care Management is delivered within the scope of practice defined by the Health and Supportive Care Providers Oversight Authority (HSCPOA). Our director is a member in good standing of the Ontario Personal Support Worker Association (OPSWA).
PHIPA, FIPPA & Data Security
We comply with the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) and applicable FIPPA provisions. Client information is handled with discretion and security. Where applicable, client records are stored on secure, encrypted, Canadian-based servers (e.g. Jane App - SOC 2 Type II when applicable). We treat your data with high standards of confidentiality.
