Care professional and client in a modern home—personalized, in-home care.

How It Works

You want to know what happens next. Here’s how we work with families—step by step.

From your first call or message to ongoing care at home, we keep the process clear and low-pressure. No long-term contract is required; we start with a free consultation so you can see if we’re the right fit.

1

Talk to Us

Contact us by phone or our contact form. We'll listen to your needs—whether it's for you, a parent or a loved one—and answer your questions. No obligation.

Reach out by calling us or filling out the contact form. A member of our team will get back to you—usually within one business day—to learn a bit about your situation. We'll ask about who needs care, what kind of support would help (personal care, companionship, medication reminders, and so on), and your preferred schedule. You can ask us anything: how we're regulated, how we match families with caregivers, or what it typically costs. There's no pressure and no commitment at this stage.

2

We Meet You

We meet with you in person or virtually to learn about your situation, preferences and goals. Together we create a care plan and match you with a trained caregiver who fits your family.

We arrange a time to meet—in person at your or your loved one's home, or by video call if that's easier. During this visit we go deeper: daily routines, health needs, likes and dislikes, and what a good day looks like. We use this to shape a care plan that's tailored to your family. We also introduce how we match you with a PSW: we consider personality, experience, and schedule so the fit feels right from the start.

3

We Create a Care Plan

Every care plan is built around what matters to you and your loved one—routine, preferences and goals. We keep it clear so you know what to expect.

Your care plan is a clear, written outline of what we'll do and when. It covers the types of support (e.g. personal care, mobility, meal help, companionship), how often we'll visit, and how we'll communicate with you. We discuss frequency and length of visits so it works for your budget and your loved one's needs. You'll know exactly what to expect before care begins, and we can adjust the plan as needs change.

4

Care Begins

Care can often begin within 48 hours. Your caregiver supports daily living at home, and we stay in touch to ensure you're happy with the care. We're here for the long term.

Once the care plan is agreed, we schedule the first visit. Care can often start within 48 hours, depending on availability. Your assigned caregiver will come to the home at the agreed times and provide the support we've planned. We check in with you regularly to make sure you're satisfied, and we're available by phone so you can reach us with questions or changes. We aim for the same caregiver each visit when possible, so your loved one builds a consistent, trusting relationship. We're here for as long as you need us.

What You Can Expect

  • Clear Communication — We keep you informed and answer questions quickly.
  • Consistent Caregiver — When possible, the same PSW visits so your loved one builds trust and routine.
  • Flexibility — Visit frequency and care can be adjusted as needs change.
  • Support When You Need It — Our team is available so you can reach a real person, not a voicemail.

The first step is just a conversation. There’s no obligation—we’re here to help you figure out the next step.
