Founder & Director | Marley Care Management
Brittany Marley is a Personal Support Worker with 11+ years of experience supporting individuals in long-term care and community-based settings. As the Founder and Director of Marley Care Management, Brittany brings her professional experience, practical knowledge, and person-centred approach to providing dependable private support and care coordination for individuals and families.
Brittany understands that navigating care for yourself or a loved one can be overwhelming. Her goal is to make that experience more organized, respectful, and manageable by providing reliable support tailored to each individual’s needs, preferences, routines, and goals.
Her approach is built on dignity, independence, privacy, compassion, clear communication, and respect for personal choice. She believes meaningful support goes beyond completing tasks; it means taking the time to understand the individual, maintaining consistency, listening to families, and helping people remain as comfortable, involved, and independent as possible.
Through her experience in long-term care and personal support, Brittany has developed a strong understanding of the importance of communication, advocacy, family involvement, continuity of support, and coordination between the people involved in an individual’s care. She works collaboratively with clients, families, and appropriate service providers while maintaining professional boundaries, confidentiality, and working within her education, training, and professional scope.
Brittany founded Marley Care Management to offer families a personal, professional, and dependable option for private support and care coordination. Helping bring greater organization, communication, and peace of mind to the people receiving care and the families supporting them.
